Delicious Carmel Caramels are made with lavender honey from bees at our organic family farm, Lion Springs Lavender Farm, in Carmel Valley, California. our beekeeper, Thomas, is a third generation beekeeper who keeps the bees happy so they'll make delicious, healthy honey at our lavender farm for our customers.
Carmel Caramels are handmade at Lion Springs Lavender Farm in Carmel Valley, California, in a cottage kitchen approved by Monterey County. We use organic lavender, grown on the farm, with spring-fed well water. The clear, cellophane wrappers are biodegradable (not plastic!) because we strive to help our environment as much as possible by having “green" products with as small a carbon footprint as possible. These wonderful caramels are sprinkled with sea salt and have a light floral hint of lavender for a heavenly taste. We hope you love eating Carmel Caramels as much as we love making them!
Once you unscrew the lid from one of our beehive-shaped glass jars of Carmel Caramels, untwist the biodegradable cellophane wrapper, and pop the heavenly-tasting caramel candy in your mouth, you’ll know right away that our caramels are not only unique, but so temptingly delicious that you will not want to stop eating them. They melt in your mouth and have a soft chewy texture that doesn’t stick to your teeth. The light, floral flavor blends perfectly with vanilla and honey. That’s because we use fresh ingredients in our farm including our organic lavender that we lovingly grow on the farm, and fresh lavender honey from the many beehives on our farm in Carmel Valley, CA.
